To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Rael was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
