Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Nutae never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
