Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Beiro is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Laucian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
