Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an entirely pastel suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is a Fortune-teller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.
