History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Laucian grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To be a Fortune-teller again; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
