History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Erdan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Erdan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
