History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rael was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rael's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: Enialis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
