Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to goblins. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
