History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
