Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
