Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Varis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This southern man likes to wear tan tank tops with white pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to pay off his debts

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Ahvain was taken on many hunting expeditions. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. After a long history of fighting, Ahvain and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

History: Traki was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable
