History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Efferil began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He was born in the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
