History: Thervan hails from a village terrorized by drow. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Varis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.

History: Naeris was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
