Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Laucian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Laucian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again; and to end his boredom

He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Ahvain enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A plain young-adult man, he dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. His silver hair is braided into rings. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Arannis will drive conversation. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Arannis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'8" when asserting himself. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Eiravel was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He worked as a nervous Barkeep and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is unsatisfied with his job
