Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Quarion abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
