History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has worked as a Hunter like his mother before him.
