He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the south to a Crown-heir, Mindartis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Crown-heir. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to share knowledge with the world
