History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Rael was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael.
