Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Fisher business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Carrie does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
