Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult.
