Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Rael reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is cut close to his head. He is baby faced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Eiravel was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eiravel decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Ahvain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and expand his business

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a grey vest and prefers white and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miller born in the past three hundred years. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
