When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Varis was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Performer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Adran hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Performer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Gennal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has a crush on the local masseuse
