As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raer. He struck the Bowyer job and began his own company from there.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
