Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Navigator like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
