History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Berrian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the east to a Knight, Paelias learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
