History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Aelar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aelar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and balancing his hectic life and new assassin responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and further expansion of business

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to find somewhere to settle down
