Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A freak accident while working with his Navigator mother left him crippled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
