History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Masseuse soon after.
