He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tattered old clothes. His brown hair is still thick. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
