Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he tends to wear a red poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has no hair. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mercenary for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends
