History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mindartis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Mindartis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
