Personality: Varis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Korfel abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
