History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Korfel learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lamlis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lamlis. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now mingles about in high society.
