History: Heian was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Gifted from a young age, Halimath studied abroad. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody.
