History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a guard again
