History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A true patriot, Vanuath would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Vanuath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
