He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder.
