He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Caeldrim was born with his mother's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aust is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born into a rich family. Aust was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aust decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Aust managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
