History: Gennal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Slave Trader for the past few years.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to share knowledge with the world

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
