Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Varis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to unite with his sister

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a green feathered hat and green clothes. His tied-back hair is blonde. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Erevan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Erevan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erevan. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Adran was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
