History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Erdan is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Himo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
