Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Merchant in town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
