History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.
