Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Efferil was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shepherd. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
