He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Efferil was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
