History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Marshal like his father before him.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer.
