History: Erdan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Hadarai is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Beiro was taken on many hunting expeditions. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.
