Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
