Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Varis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.

Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This man is very fat, and is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and brown handkerchief worn on his left side. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business
