Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

History: Raer lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route.
